1. Introduction

Welcome to Spotles Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Spotles Solutions website, mobile application, and cleaning services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, booking a service, or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. Nature of Services

  • Spotles Solutions provides organized professional cleaning services for residential and commercial premises.
  • Services are carried out by trained service personnel assigned through our internal partner network.
  • The Company manages booking, coordination, quality control, and customer support.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate information
  • Have authority to grant access to the service location

4. Booking & Payment

4.1 Booking

By booking a service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate address and contact details
  • Ensure safe access to premises
  • Inform us of fragile, valuable, or special-care items
  • Provide utilities (water, electricity) required for service

4.2 Payment

  • Payment may be required in advance or upon service completion.
  • Prices may vary based on scope and condition.
  • Additional services requested onsite may incur extra charges.
  • Refund timelines: 5–7 working days (subject to banking channels).

5. Customer Responsibilities

To reduce disputes, you agree to:

  • Remove valuables, cash, jewelry, and fragile items before service.
  • Disclose pre-existing damage.
  • Ensure safe working environment.
  • Supervise pets and children during service.

Failure to comply may limit liability of the Company.

6. Service Quality & Complaint Policy

If dissatisfied:

  • Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Evidence (photos/videos) may be required.
  • Company may offer re-service, partial refund, or credit at its discretion.
  • Resolution decisions are final and based on internal assessment.

7. Damage & Liability Limitation

This is critical.

  • While we strive for professional service delivery, minor wear, surface scratches, or cleaning-related risks may occur depending on material condition.
  • The Company shall not be liable for: Pre-existing damage, Damage due to fragile, aged, or improperly installed fixtures, Electrical or plumbing faults, Structural weaknesses, Undisclosed material sensitivity.
  • In the event of verified direct damage caused solely during service: Liability shall be limited to the value of the specific affected item. Maximum liability shall not exceed the service fee paid for that booking.
  • The Company does not provide insurance coverage for customer property.
  • Any compensation or assistance provided shall be discretionary and shall not constitute admission of liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spotles Solutions shall not be liable for: Indirect losses, Consequential damages, Loss of profits, Emotional distress, Business interruption.

Total liability shall not exceed the service amount paid for the disputed service.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay due to: Natural disasters, Government restrictions, Labor disruptions, Network outages, Events beyond reasonable control.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to: Harass service personnel, Provide unsafe work conditions, Engage in illegal activity, Bypass the platform for future bookings.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and platform materials belong to Spotles Solutions and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for: Fraudulent activity, Misuse of platform, Harassment, False claims, Repeated complaints abuse.

13. Privacy

Use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
